"I came to Sherise because a car accident 20 years ago left me terrified of driving. I have tried multiple times over the years to conquer this fear: retook driving lessons, tried exposure therapy, traditional therapy, and simply muscling through it - sometimes breaking into tears, my legs would shake, or I would have a panic attack.
